The last match of Wednesday today of the TEB BNP Paribas WTA Championships - Istanbul based on the round robin concept is being played between world no.2 and French Open queen Russian Maria Sharapova and world no.4 Polish Agnieszka Radwanska.

Both the Russian and the Polish are well versant with each other's game since they have played nine times together before. They first met here at Istanbul in the same tournament in 2007. Of these nine encounters, Maria Sharapova has beaten Agnieszka Radwanska seven times. However, when they last met at Miami this year, Agnieszka Radwanska beat Sharapova 7-5, 6-4.
Sharapova has been having a tough time this year as except the French Open, she has had a real victory. She has lost thrice in her last ten matches, losing to Azarenka in WTA Beijing this year.
Agnieszka Radwanska too has lost three of her last ten matches, losing to Na Li in Beijing.
For today's match Sharapova is a favourite over Agnieszka Radwanska.
