The third round of the Shanghai Rolex Masters tennis gets underway from Thursday onward with almost all major tennis players qualifying for the third round. So far there have been no major upsets.
In one of the many third round matches, world no.1 Swiss Roger Federer takes on fellow country man world no 17 Stanislas Wawrinka.
Both Swiss players have faced each other for 14 times since they first met at ATP Rotterdam in 2005 with Federer having a winning edge of 13-1 over Wawrinka. Wawrinka only once overpowered Federer at Monte Carlo in 2009.
Federer have won 9 of his ten last matches, losing to Berdych at US Open. While Wawrinka has been defeated twice in his last ten matches at Tokyo and US Open.
For today's match Federer remains a hot spot.
