World no.9 Austrain Samantha Stosur who beat Cornet in a tightly won match 7-6, 7-5 in on Thursday in the second round of the Kremlin Cup / WTA Moscow, now faces world no. 30 Czech Klara Zakopalova Friday afternoon.
Both Stosur and Klara Zakopalova have played against each other only three times before since they first met at WTA Charleston in 2005 and Stosur has won two out of these three encounters. They last met at the Australian Open in 2009 in the first round which was won by Stosur.
But these were the old times asit has been three years since their last encounter. What happens today afternoon is present, though Stosur, two years younger to Karla is a hot favourite.
