In the semi finals, World No.1 Swiss Roger Federer faces fellow Swiss and world no. 26 Stanislas Wawrinka. Djokovic is playing against Del Potro in the other semifinal today too.
Both country men are not new to each other and have come across each other 13 times since they first met in 2005 and out of these 13 encounters, Wawrinka has been able to win just one match in 2009 at Monte Carlo.
Federer has been beaten once in the last ten matches, at the hands of ANdy Murray recently in the Olympic gold contest. Wawrinka on the other hand has lost four times, but has won all his four matches at Cincinnati.
Obviously Roger Federer is hot favourite for the match this evening.
