Wantaway Luka Modric looked glum as he finally returned to Tottenham Tuesday.
The Croatian midfielder is desperate to quit Spurs with Real Madrid leading Manchester United in the chase for his signature.
Modric tried and failed to walk out last summer when Chelsea came calling. And he again finds himself struggling to force his way through the exit as Spurs play hardball.
